Half-assed attempt

Using a proper pill cutter ensures that the tablet cuts into two pieces of the same size and, therefore, dosage. Does this look like it worked? So do we give Matthew the small piece or the big piece first? And how much of the big piece should he have to get enough but not too much? Stupid pharmacist.
